Flavors of Spring Dinner


Join us to enjoy a spring dinner with Executive Chef Thomas McKeown from Polaris. Chef Thomas is highly regarded for his commitment in promoting local, healthy, and responsibly raised ingredients for all Hyatt hotel dining. During our meal, we’ll also learn more about the rooftop garden at Polaris which is incorporated into the menus and is also home to several thousand honey bees.
